Q : Can I buy a piece of the JFF collection online?
A : Not yet. If you are interested in one of our creation please send us an email: info[at]jf-f.com. Although we’re not set up for e-commerce yet, we ship our products worldwide.

Q : Why is there only one piece available of each product?
A : Most of our creations are unique as we work with one of a kind stones. We can sometimes redo a design but using different stones.

Q : How do I take care of my jewelry?

Q : My piece of jewelry needs repair. What should I do?
A : To have your jewelry repaired, please refer to the Repair Service under the Customer Services of our website.

Q : I lost an earring/cufflink. Can I get a replacement to match?
A : Please write to us at the Contact Us section with details, and we will tell you how we can help you replace your lost piece.
